Knowing Amazon well does not mean a seller will immediately know how to operate on eBay or Temu. Z.Z. from The P&R Shop had years of Amazon experience and stores across five marketplaces, but wanted practical help as the business began selling on eBay and Temu this year.
What the seller wanted from support
Z.Z. described frustration with Amazon’s chatbot: specific questions did not lead to useful answers. What stood out about Goofie was the conversational style, direct explanations and sources the seller could check. This is one seller’s experience, not a benchmark of Amazon’s support services.
“What I like most about Goofie is that it answers my questions directly, in plain language, and points me to sources I can check. It helped me plan our eBay and Temu operations without having to hire another employee.”

A separate plan for each marketplace
Rather than copying the Amazon approach unchanged, Z.Z. used Goofie to work through an operating strategy for each new marketplace. The seller could return with follow-up questions as the work progressed.
The useful starting point is specific context: where you sell, what stage the store is at, what notice or decision you are facing, and what outcome you need. An answer with relevant sources is easier to evaluate than a general instruction to “optimize your store.”
Support without another hire
Z.Z. reported taking on the additional planning work without adding another employee. The story does not establish a universal staffing saving or suggest that AI replaces every responsibility of an experienced operator. Goofie provides guidance; the seller remains responsible for decisions and execution.
A multi-marketplace planning checklist
List the questions that are genuinely new on each marketplace.
Separate listing, pricing, fulfillment, policy and advertising decisions.
Ask for the source behind an answer and check that it applies to your account and market.
Convert advice into a short task list with an owner and a review date.
Keep track of unresolved questions instead of treating an uncertain answer as confirmed.
Common questions
Can an Amazon seller reuse the same launch plan on Temu and eBay?
Experience helps, but Z.Z.’s story illustrates the value of reviewing each platform’s workflows and requirements separately.
Does Goofie operate the stores for the seller?
No. It helps explain questions and plan practical next steps. It does not directly run the seller account.
